Elizabeth Law Chambers was founded by Stanley K. John K.C over 40 years ago and is well established in the St. Vincent and the Grenadine’s business community both locally and internationally.
Elizabeth Law Chambers operates from centrally located offices in Kingstown St. Vincent with affiliations in the United States, the United Kingdom and the wider Caribbean among other jurisdictions.

Cosmos Trust Limited was established in 1997 primarily to meet the needs of Elizabeth Law Chambers’ International Financial Service clientele.
We have been providing our clients with services in most areas of International Finance since 1979 but upon the inception of the Registered Agent and Trustee Licensing Act of 1996 it became necessary for practitioners who provide ”offshore representation” to be granted a license in order to act as Registered Agent/Registered Trustee Financial Fiduciary and/or Private Trustee.
