§       Counsel at Elizabeth Law Chambers represented the purchaser on the acquisition of the Palm Island Resort located in the world renowned and highly sought after holiday getaway of the Grenadines.

The Resort includes 8 Palm View Rooms, 20 Beach Front Cottages, 4 Plantation Suites, 8 Island Lofts, a Southern Cross Villa, Golf Course, Tennis Court, Fitness Center and Swimming Pool on a 135 acre secluded island surrounded by five white sand beaches.

    ANCHORAGE YACHT CLUB & HOTEL

§        We acted as legal advisers in the acquisition of this popular Yachting port of call in the Southern Grenadines. More recently we advised on the lease of the Club & Hotel to a major Caribbean Resort Company.

Anchorage sits on 11.21 acres of island property and includes 7 Guest Suites, 4 Beach Apartments, 3 Eastern Bungalows containing 5 Hotel Suites, a bar and ocean facing restaurant and 3 jetties.

    YOUNG ISLAND RESORT TIME SHARE

§       Counsel at Elizabeth Law Chambers acted as legal advisers in the establishment of the Young Island Resort Timeshare programme. The Resort which is located 200 yards from the shore of mainland St. Vincent sits on 35 acres of un-spoilt private land and consists of 20 Superior Cottages, 4 Deluxe Cottages, 3 Luxury Hillside Cottages and 2 Luxury Beach Cottages with Swimming pool (saltwater), restaurant, 2 bars, gift shop and a tennis court.

 

    AUNT JOBE'S SUPERMARKET

§       We acted as counsel to the developers in relation to the loan transaction negotiated through the United States Export-Import Bank facility for what is now considered to be the most modern and varied Supermarket in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. We continue to advise Aunt Jobe’s Supermarket on a number of legal matters as it experiences continued business growth.

 

     SOL PETROLEUM

§       Counsel acted as local legal adviser to SHELL Antilles and Guianas Limited for over 25 years. We represented SHELL in the acquisition of its operations under license in the Eastern Caribbean by the SOL Group and continue to act as advisers to the Latter.
